Navy gingham made from extra soft brushed cotton is styled with delicate puffed sleeves and a classic white peter pan collar. Fabric covered buttons fasten at the back and an attached sash tie at the waist (12 months+). This dress is perfect for colder days as the cotton is soft and brushed.
