These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our web site: AnnabelShop.com. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AnnabelShop.com. Warranties and Indication of Product Prices
1. On AnnabelShop.com we offer for sale luxury and top-quality products.
2. AnnabelShop.com does not sell second-hand products, flawed products nor products of lower quality as compared to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3. The main characteristics of the products are shown on AnnabelShop.com inside each product description. The products offered for sale on AnnabelShop.com may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colors because of the internet browser or of the monitor used.
4. Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.
5. All products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.
6. Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, AnnabelShop.com will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant label or seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged. Customers are in charge of return costs.

Do you offer free shipping?
We want to make it easy for you so we offer free ground shipping within the U.S. on orders over $75.00.
What is the cost of shipping my order?
We offer a handful of options including expedited shipping, which you can select at checkout. The cost of each option varies based on your shipping address, and is shown on the checkout page.
When will my order ship?
We pack and ship your items ourselves. Orders placed before noon will typically ship out that same day.
What is your return policy?
We are committed to giving you the highest-quality product available, and we want to make sure you love what you have... and aren't stuck with it if you don't. In that spirit, we will happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of purchase, unless those items were purchased on final sale. We'll refund the original form of payment as soon as we receive the return package.
How do I return items from my order?
Pack up the items you'd like to return, either in the original shipping box or one of your own, and make sure you have your order invoice. Please reach out to us if you don't have your invoice at hellobunny@annabelshop.com and we'll email a new one to you. Tick next to the item you are returning on the invoice, include it in the box, and send it back to us within 14 days. We'll refund the original form of payment as soon as we receive the return package.
